Your words are yours.
The public gallery can be viewed without an account. An invitation request asks for your name, email, and an optional message so the Founder can decide whether to invite you.
Invited accounts store an email, password hash, saved views and private reflections. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Private reflections are only returned to the signed-in account. The Founder can view member identity and access status, but cannot read private reflections through the Founder Desk.
To request removal of an account or invitation request, contact the gallery through the artist’s established contact channel. Family photographs are part of the artwork and are presented without identifying the people shown.
Artist rooms and private work
Approved artists can upload photographs, captions and profile details. Drafts and original image files are available only to their account and the Founder. After publishing, photographs, credits and social links become public, and the Founder can withdraw them.
Autosave stores the text you write on the gallery server. Public rooms check for new releases periodically. Optional writing assistance sends only text you choose to submit to the configured AI provider, never original image files. It is disabled unless configured by the Founder.
Artist signatures, private inquiries & member appreciations
When an invited artist signs an exhibition agreement, the gallery retains the agreement version, authenticated account, legal signature text, artwork snapshot, time, IP address, browser information, and an integrity hash. The Founder and signing artist may retrieve the signed record. Private artwork inquiries are accessible to the relevant artist, member and Founder. Member appreciations are counted publicly but individual member identities are not displayed. Artists may ask for a copy of their records or request review of their data.
