Only invited members designated by the Founder may publish their own artworks. Publishing does not transfer ownership of the work. Every artist retains their rights while granting this gallery permission to display published work and its uploaded photographs until withdrawn.
An artist must own or hold permission to share every uploaded image, obtain appropriate consent for identifiable people when required, and credit sources truthfully. Do not upload unlawful, harassing, impersonating, or privacy-violating content. The Founder may withdraw work or revoke access.
Uploaded files are displayed without photographic regeneration. The gallery does not promise a sale, representation, prize or public exhibition beyond its own website. Links and optional YouTube video embeds may lead to third-party services.
Guest artist exhibitions & independent transactions
Artists who publish guest work sign a versioned display and rights agreement with an electronic signature. The artist remains responsible for their artwork and the rights, consent, and credits associated with it. The gallery provides presentation and private inquiries, not checkout, escrow, payments, shipping, returns or sale guarantees. Transactions and payments occur independently between artist and buyer, outside this website.
